The Full Moon is a time of completion when the seeds of intent planted on the New Moon come to fruition. In what could be described as the ultimate full moon rejuvenation retreat before the Winter season rolls in, Music Is Healing presents a weekend convergence of healing and transformation at the base of beautiful Mt Shasta. This monthly two-day celebration includes: daytime activities for children, educational workshops for all ages and 2 nights of dancing and live edutainment with singers and players of instruments at the Mt Shasta Hotel & Lodge.

*2:00-3:00pm - Mindful Drumming: An exploration into rhythm as a gateway to meditation. All ages welcome. Bring a drum.
* 3:10-4:30pm - Chi Flow: A movement based meditation to cultivate internal energy
* 4:40-6:00pm - Capoeira Angola: An introduction to the ancient form of Capoeira. Learn some basic knowledge of the artform, traditional songs and basic moves to practice.
Fee: $5 suggested donation per workshop
